Terms of Service

These terms are the D12 baseline and are pending legal review before launch.

1. What AvNad is

AvNad is a marketplace. We connect clients with licensed aerial-services operators and we handle the request, the bidding and the deposit. The flight or experience itself is performed by the operator, under a contract between you and them; a Sky Ads campaign is planned and run by AvNad's own team, which agrees the details and the price with you directly.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your credentials secure. Operators must hold and maintain the licences and insurance they present to us; we verify these before approval and may suspend an account at any time if they lapse.

3. Blind bidding

Offers are anonymous until a booking is confirmed. Attempting to identify a counterparty before reveal, or to take a booking off-platform after seeing an offer, is a breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and balance

Confirming an offer requires a deposit calculated at the rate published on the Confirm & Pay screen. The balance is settled directly with the operator.

5. Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Liability

AvNad is not the carrier or the service provider and does not operate aircraft. Our liability is limited to the deposit we have collected.

7. Changes

We will publish any change to these terms on this page. Continuing to use AvNad after a change means you accept it.
