What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, mobile, country, and for companies the registration and tax identifiers), the content of the requests and offers you create, and operator verification documents.

Why we hold it

To run the marketplace: to route your request to the right operators, to verify that an operator is licensed, to issue invoices, and to contact you about your bookings.

Who sees it

Operators see your request, never your identity, until a booking is confirmed. Clients see an offer, never the operator's identity, until a booking is confirmed. Our operations and finance staff see what their role requires, and every access to a sensitive record is logged.

Documents

Operator verification documents are held in private storage and are served only through short-lived signed links to staff who are reviewing them.

Your rights

You can view and correct your profile at any time from your account. Write to us to request deletion; we keep what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
